Utilising a number of life stories from his associates and clients, Paul explores the dynamics involved in states of mind such as fear, rejection, guilt, loss of trust, resentment and many other of the darker feelings within our lives. He argues that the circumstances that we find in our lives are actually inner tests that we set for ourselves for the development of our character as souls, and that with courage and a degree of Spiritual commitment, we can find a way forward.
